Cancellation and Safety Measures

Registrations made between December 1, 2021 - January 31, 2022 are 100% refundable minus credit card fees when a cancellation request is made by February 1, 2022.
Cancellations initiated between February 1 - April 31, 2022 will receive a Team Flower account credit for the full registration amount.
If you suspect you may be sick, please do not attend and put others at risk. You may receive an account credit, no questions asked, or (with a doctors note) a full refund on your ticket.
No shows will not receive credits or refunds.
The event will run unless forces outside our control require us to reschedule. If this were to take place, all event registrants will have the option to participate on the rescheduled date or receive a refund.

Since the situation is always developing, the Team Flower COVID-19 policy will be shared in welcome emails the week of the event (and be posted at the event). The policy will consider recommended CDC, state, local, and venue guidelines.
